Is this Pilates or strength training?
It’s both! We have Pilates, strength training, corrective exercise, and HIIT classes!
What makes Hybrid Kinetics different from other apps?

We focus on moving well, building strength intelligently, and creating routines you can actually stick with without unrealistic promises or burnout. Along with on-demand workouts, we offer live classes and real coaching, so you’re supported, not just following a screen. Our goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and consistent long-term.
Is this beginner-friendly?
Yes. Everything is scalable, and we prioritize technique before intensity. We have beginner Pilates and Strength collections filled with everything you need!
Will this still challenge me if I’m advanced?
Absolutely. We have Advanced and Pro collections of Pilates and Strength workouts.
Do I need equipment?
Some workouts require equipment and many are bodyweight. You'll have plenty to do whether you're in a gym or your living room!
How long are the workouts?
Most sessions are efficient, focused and designed to fit into real schedules. We have workouts from 5min (add them as a finished to your run, etc.) or 30+ (stand alone full body).
Is this for weight loss?
We focus on strength, movement quality, and consistency. Physical changes will follow. Clients have been seen flexing in the mirror. 😅
I’ve been injured before — is this safe?
Yes! We do recommend starting with our Elite membership so we can offer you safe modifications or direct you to specific workouts to get the most benefit.
